53-year-old Robin Charles Raja recently acquired his AFC pro license to join this list. The former footballer's first big assignment was HAL in the I-League in 2012. In 2016, he was appointed Chennai City FC's head-coach but a poor run of results ensured he did not stay in the job for long.
