Description: 58-year-old Herring Shangpliang was among the first Indians to register as an AFC Pro license holder. The Meghalaya-born started his coaching career with Shillong Lajong in 2006. He later took over as the technical director of the club. In 2014, he replaced Santosh Kashyap as the manager of Rangdajied United. But his time with the Meghalayan club spanned just eight games.
