Manager of Chennaiyin FC's B team, Santosh Kashyap obtained his AFC Pro license in 2014. He started his career with Mahindra United's U-19 team. His first assignment on the big stage arrived in the 2010-11 season when he signed for I-League side Air India. He did not enjoy the best of times with the Mumbai-based clubs, registering a win percentage of just 26.92 per cent.
