Description: Jaswinder Singh, born on August 8, 1997, is a rower hailing from Punjab, India. He earned a spot on the Indian rowing squad for the 2022 Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. During the Games, he showcased his prowess by securing a silver medal in the men's eight category and a bronze medal in the men's coxless four event.
About: Singh originates from a farming family in Kalera village, located in the Dhuri block of Sangrur, Punjab. In 2017, he enlisted in the army as a sepoy to provide financial support to his family.
