Lalremsiami Hmarzote, born on March 30, 2000, is a professional Indian field hockey player known for her role as a forward and occasionally as a halfback in the Indian national team. She represents the Sports Authority of India at the club level. Notably, Hmarzote was included in the 18-member squad representing India at the 2018 World Cup. Following this, she made history by becoming the first sportsperson from Mizoram to secure an Asian medal, winning silver at the Asian Games.
