Full Description: Sheetal Devi, born on January 10, 2007, is a remarkable Indian Para-archer. She defies odds as she was born with a rare medical condition known as phocomelia, making her the first and only international para-archery champion without upper limbs. Her exceptional achievements were recognized when she was honored with the Arjuna Award in 2023, presented by the President of India on January 9, 2024. At the 2022 Asian Para Games, Sheetal demonstrated her prowess in the women's compound bow category. She clinched two gold medals in mixed doubles and women's individual events, following a silver medal win in the women's double compound event.
