Full Description: Fencing, an art form requiring athletic agility and focused skill, has been a part of the modern Olympic Games since 1896. Despite its long history, proper coaching facilities for fencing are scarce in India. Rachna Sharma, a former professional who won three gold medals at the Senior Delhi State Championship, recognized this gap and, along with her coach Mr. Harpreet Singh, opened India's first Fencing Academy in Gurgaon. The academy aims to introduce this exciting sport to residents, offering rigorous training sessions that provide a full-body workout while enhancing mental agility. Fencing is not just a sport it's a challenging and enjoyable activity suitable for all ages, year-round.
