Karishma Purushottam Shirvoikar (born 4 August 2001) is an Indian professional footballer from Goa, who plays as a forward for Kickstart in the Indian Women's League and represents the India women's national football team.

About: Karishma originates from Odxel, a quaint seaside village located on the outskirts of Panaji, Goa. Her mother, Anjani, earns a livelihood by selling vegetables, while her father, Purushottam, is unwell and confined to home. She attended Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School in Dona Paula. Currently residing in Panaji, she received her foundational training from coach Carol Fernandes Gomes during her school years.
