Description: Viren Wilfred Rasquinha, born on September 13, 1980, is a retired Indian field hockey player who served as the captain of the Indian national team. He participated in the 2004 Athens Olympics as a member of the Indian team. At the age of 28, Rasquinha decided to retire from international hockey in 2008 to pursue studies in management. He later joined Gitam University.
