He began his hockey journey with the Guru Angad Dev Sports Club, followed by stints at the PAU Hockey Academy and the Surjit Hockey Academy. In his senior career, he has played for Delhi Waveriders from 2013 to 2015, Uttar Pradesh Wizards from 2016 to 2017, and Punjab Armed Police since 2017. He has represented India at both the U21 and senior levels, accumulating 236 caps and scoring 93 goals for the national team.
