Sukhen Dey, born on March 28, 1989, is an Indian weightlifter. He clinched the gold medal in the men's 56 kg weight category at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. Prior to this achievement, he secured a silver medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Dey outperformed Malaysia's Mohd Pisol Zulheimi, who claimed the silver medal, and Ganesh Mali, who earned the bronze.
