Punam Yadav, born on July 9, 1995, is an Indian weightlifter who secured a bronze medal in the women's 63 kg weight class at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The gold medal in that event was claimed by Olauwatoyin Adesanmi of Nigeria. Additionally, she clinched a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Australia.
