Koki Kano born December 19, 1997) is a Japanese right-handed épée fencer, who clinched the title of individual Asian champion in 2022 and was part of the team that secured the Olympic gold medal in the team men's épée event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, alongside Masaru Yamada, Kazuyasu Minobe, and Satoru Uyama.

About: He commenced fencing in 2008 after being inspired by Japanese fencer Yuki Ota's silver medal win in individual foil at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, having previously been involved in artistic gymnastics. Initially starting in foil, he transitioned to épée during high school after winning an épée tournament. Currently representing Japan Airlines, he trains under the guidance of coach Oleksandr Gorbachuk, a national coach from Ukraine, and fences with his right hand.
